There are idiots like Ken Ham who claims dinosaurs once lived with humans. Never mind the complete absence of human and dinosaur fossils together in the fossil record. And then there's the worst kind of idiots who claimed dinosaurs never existed…
What would be the motivation for such a deceptive endeavor? Obvious motivations include trying to prove evolution, trying to disprove or cast doubt on the Christian Bible and the existence of the Christian God, and trying to disprove the “young-earth theory”. Yes, there are major political and religious ramifications.
The dinosaur concept could imply that if God exists, he may have tinkered with his idea of dinosaurs for awhile, then perhaps discarded or became tired of this creation and then went on to create man. The presented dinosaur historical timeline could suggest an imperfect God who came up with the idea of man as an afterthought, thus demoting the biblical idea that God created man in His own image. Dinosaurs are not mentioned in the Hebrew Bible.
Highly rewarding financial and economic benefits to museums, educational and research organizations, university departments of paleontology, discoverers and owners of dinosaur bones, and the book, television, movie and media industries may cause sufficient motivation for ridiculing of open questioning and for suppression of honest investigation.
The stupid! It burns!! I first learned of such doofuses when mom told me about one individual calling up a Christian radio talk show and make the stupid claim that there's no such thing as dinosaurs. I laughed it off at first. But when I was forced into being mentally tormented by creationism years ago, I became real angry at those denialists the same way I became real angry at the creationists who on religious grounds force feed lies and idiocy posing as fact down the throats of people whether they like it or not. How dare they say dinosaurs don't exist and that paleontologists simply fake the bones to get people to turn away from God and the Bible!? Oh sure. Never mind the bones unearthed being 100% real. Never mind paleontologists being poor and underpaid in comparison with the dumb lying creationists and the televangelists who parade hate, lies, and propaganda, spew flowery, godly speeches, and mooch their followers into giving them millions upon millions of dollars to buy expensive cars, mansions, gold jewelry, etc. Just make believe that paleontologists faked all the bones and put them up in museums as a conspiracy to turn people away from God. This is just as bad as saying President Barack Obama is an anti-Christian leading America away from God without one proof of it being true.
To tell you the truth, I did visited the site, but that was long ago when I was searching for sites and essays debunking the claims about Behemoth being a sauropod dinosaur paraded about by creationists who lie about dinosaurs living with humans. Today I don't really want to see such sites anymore due to multiple instances of the billions of brain cells being killed reading this kind of crap and not being able to resist reading this crap out of curiosity and the fact that I go ga ga over dinosaur pictures whether they're accurately drawn of not. But thankfully that's changing now that I'm developing a real discernment over how accurate the dinosaurs are drawn based on the latest in fossil discoveries and studies of their bone structure. Believing that the earth is flat and is the center of the universe is bad enough, but denying the existence of dinosaurs and their prehistoric contemporaries is even worse.
