Is there any bases for anything Ham and other creationists claim in all their materials from crackhouse displays to books? The clear answer to that is “No, they don't.” Everything creationists claim from how animal behave inside the ark, what the ark looked like inside and out, what's life like in the Garden of Eden, and what happened after the alleged worldwide Flood is entirely made up. Creationists made everything up - point blank - with no bases of truth and reality and expects everyone to accept what they made up as truth without question. This is what I call dictatorship. Not to mention hypocrisy when it comes to creationists themselves being exactly what they claim “secular scientists” do when it comes to making things up and guessing at everything.
Page 46-47: More wrongly illustrated dinosaurs on Page 47 include Triceratops with 3 digit toes on all four feet and large pointed spikes on their frills and a lizard-like dromaeosaur with no feathers and slapper hands. If what creationists claim about Noah's ark is true, then Noah's ark should be regarded as the Ark of Death which creationists use in comparison with Jesus Christ, the so-called Ark of Salvation, in the very worst way. The idiot age of Faded is presented with this scenario – Noah's ark as the Ark of Death, promising to save anyone inside from the Flood only to bring them out into their death in the alleged “Post-Flood” world…. SUCKER!
In the imaginary Post-Flood world, according to Ham, everything changed dramatically. An Ice Age came to the world after the Flood. According to Ham it is because of the warm waters of the Flood and the cool land and ash in the atmosphere from volcanoes. Never mind the fact that there will be no ice age at all if that happened. The air would be scalded under the hot ashes of the volcanoes covering the sky and land will be flaming hot from volcanic activity. Even the Floodwaters would boil and evaporate with all that heat engulfing the area. Every living being that have survived the Flood would be fried to a crisp in this not-so nice world. Stupidly and desperately Ham blames sin, the Fall and curse, and the Flood on the dramatic changes that occur on earth after the Flood ended from dramatic weather changes to of all things “people clearing land” (*facepalm*) and animals eating each other (Yeah, sure if all animals were carnivorous.), which is his reason why many animal “kinds” (including dinosaurs) would struggle and eventually become extinct. Does he have any bases for all this? Except in his head, no. Creationists made it all up their reasons to why did the dinosaurs let alone other extinct animals like the early Cenozoic mammals and the Permian amphibians all died out.
Real Age 5: Extinction 65 million years ago, all dinosaurs of non-avian types faced extinction. All over the world, dinosaurs of all non-avian types, like Tyrannosaurus, Anatotitan, Ankylosaurus, and Majungasaurus, due to the aftermath of the massive impact of the meteor that occurred in what is now the Gulf of Mexico, died off, leaving behind a huge treasure trove of fossilized remains including bones, eggs, and skin and feather impressions for paleontologists to unearth and wonder about the baffling prehistoric monsters that make up the remains.
Page 48: In all of his ignorant, delusional glory, Ham declares that these on the following two pages are evidence of humans living with dinosaurs. They're not. For none of them can explain why no humans remains have been found in and around the remains of dinosaurs in the fossil and archaeological records. In all creationist literature on dinosaurs, creationists take great delight in suckering children into believing that the two mythical monsters of Jewish mythology, Behemoth and Leviathan, were dinosaurs people once saw alive while hiding the fact that Leviathan is an fish-like monster with impenetrable armor and fiery breath unlike the Mesozoic Marine reptiles that had no such thing. And Behemoth is a mammalian monster and the “tail like a cedar” in Job 40:17 actually describes the movements of the monster's genitals.
Page 49: This all sums up in one word – fabrications. The direct result of creationists stupidly taking dragon legends told from around the world and twisted them about to make them as if they're live dinosaur sightings while in fact they're distorted fairy tale folklore distorted by creationists who threw away every part of the dragon (or any other mythical monster) in the story that never describe dinosaurs, such as women's genitals to multiple heads, and keep the other parts that do, then turn around and say that they're live dinosaur sightings that have changed over the years and that what was called dragons back then were now being called dinosaurs today. A simple tactic creationists invented as part of their creation scheme to fool people into never suspecting that the so-called stories of live dinosaur encounters are in fact the direct result of creationists fabricating mythology and folklore by taking out what don't agree with their idiot views and keeping the parts that do.
Page 50-53: Two pages is told of how fossils are formed, unearthed, and studied. Half of page 50 and all of page 53 discuss dinosaur eggs along with this blatant lie,
“Regardless of the many things we don't really know about dinosaurs, we do know that there is no link between dinosaurs and birds (even though both lay eggs), just as there are no link between crocodiles (which lay eggs) and modern day birds.”
Never mind the recent scores of evidence pointing to the fact that there is a huge link between birds and maniraptorian dinosaurs with feather imprints, hollow bones, primitive wishbones, backward pointing saurischian hips, everything that gives us the true impression that birds are indeed living descendants of the dinosaurs. Anyone who says there's no link between bird and dinosaurs is flat out lying. An incorrect painting of a embryo one that is in fossilized form and the other in living form that looks emaciated is shown on the four pages. No feathers and both hands and feet show 4 long fingers and toes. No hallux.
Page 54-55: The idiot age of Found is discuss here. This is where Ham claims that dinosaurs remains were “rediscovered” in the early 1800's after long being thought of by the ancients as giants or “supernatural monsters” from a bygone era. As a matter of fact, this is really how mythology came about in real life. Any mythical story involving dragons and monsters originated from finding fossils of prehistoric life, mostly mammalian fossils dated to the early Cenozoic Era. Other mythical monster stories came from only sightings of live crocodiles and snakes made by remote villagers who never saw them before. Thus, you might say that prehistoric fossils were indeed rediscovered by people who after a long time of pondering finally figured it out what these strange bones embedded in the rock are. Before dinosaurs were discovered, people knew nothing of dinosaurs. No one has ever saw them alive (except birds) and they just don't have a clue to what these strange rock markings that resemble bones really are. That was before the early 1800s' when people began to finally come to grips on what these strange bones are. So therefore, fossils that were discovered by ancient people who can't figure out what they are were being rediscovered again. This time by people who correctly identified them as remains of plants and animals that have lived and died long before humans came about.
Also parading about on page 54 is the blatant falsehood which claims that the names Megalosaurus and Iguanodon being named by the same man who invented the word “Dinosauria” or “dinosaur” for short – Sir Richard Owen. That's a blatant lie made up out of ignorance of the fact that the name Megalosaurus was invented in 1824 by Sir William Buckland who because the first paleontologist to name and fully describe a dinosaur. The name Iguanodon was invented by Gideon Mantell one year later in 1825 to describe fragmentary remains of a large plant eating “reptile.”
In “Too Cold or Just Right?” section, Ham stupidly asserts that the bones of dinosaurs found in the arctic regions either were
“…originally part of a continent that was elsewhere and then rearranged during the [sic] Great Flood. Or the dinosaur bones could have come from a different place and simply been left in that area by the Flood waters.”
The truth is neither. Without any shred of evidence, Ham just concludes that the remains of dinosaurs, let alone other plants and animals, were just transported by the Flood waters to the arctic areas they are found in, never mind the fossilized tree stumps complete with roots that stayed put for the past 45 million years since the Eocene Epoch, never mind the dinosaurs' ability to adapt to the surroundings where there's prolonged days of warmth and light that causes plants to grow abundantly and cold, prolonged nights where the plants just lay dormant and the dinosaurs either migrate to warmer areas, hibernate in shelters, or just stayed put and active to toughen it out by developing large eyes to see in the dark and insulation in the form of feathers that kept their body temperature at a stable range, never mind their fossils being found exclusively in the arctic areas and none elsewhere, never mind the continental drift and the ocean currents being different back then than it is now, and never mind the real reason why a 45 million year old mummified forest is well preserved for 45 million years without being rapidly and violently buried by the Fictional Flood of 4,500 years ago. If Ham thinks they where all transported to their respective places by the Flood, then where did they come from? And why are they not found in anywhere else in the world? If Ham can't honestly answer such 2 questions, then it's official: Ham is making it all up.
Pages 56-59: The history of Sue, the world most complete Tyrannosaurus Rex, is discuss here. There is an incorrect painting of a T.rex skeleton shown on all four pages featuring the saurischian hip wrongly drawn and painted along with the skull and arm and shoulder blade attachments. In one part, Ham discusses his fictional view of what Sue's tough life would have been like in the fictional sin cursed world where everything allegedly became affected with diseases and ailments right after Adam ate the apple. In another part which talks about museum displays,
“Could you tell just by looking that Sue's skull was not the real one? It's hard to tell sometimes in museum displays. And often museum displays either show or talk about details that scientists really don't know are fact, but represent their ideas that they present as the truth.”
Just like in Ham's crackhouse. All ideas, no facts. The real truth about Sue's skull is that there is a difference between the actual skull and the cast model. Parts of the real skull have been crushed and broken, and thus appeared distorted. So Paleontologists had to make do with creating an altered cast version of the skull and place it on the skeletal mount. The real skull is kept in a display case for future study.
A lot of questions about how dinosaurs lived cannot be answered by the very elaborate displays.
Oh yes, it can! A lot of questions have been answered by paleontologists who learn about how dinosaurs lived just by finding clues in the fossil record which tells them how dinosaurs may have lived so many millions of years ago based on what they found in the fossil record. The more they discover about how the dinosaurs lived, the more they learn and understand about them better. The Bible gives no clues at all to the dinosaur's behavior because it says absolutely nothing about dinosaurs, fossils, evolution, everything of science and paleontology. Thus, there's no Biblical truth or worldview about it. The only reason to why creationists claimed there are answers about dinosaurs found in the Bible simply because they shoehorned the answers they made up from their heads in there and call them “Biblical truth”.
Real Age 6: Exception Birds are the only exception when it comes to the dinosaur extinction. They are the only dinosaurs to have survive the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction and are seen alive and living 4,500 years ago at the time of the heyday of the Old Kingdom of Egypt where the citizens living at that time have no recollections of any kind of the alleged Worldwide Flood event. 4,500 years ago was the time when the pyramids were being built a while after the Archaic period came to an end and the Age of the Old Kingdom have begun.
