Ham's Flood Folly
Now we get to pages 28-33, where the story of Noah and the worldwide flood are told. Because man have filled the world with violence, God made up His mind to destroy mankind with a flood. But Noah finds grace in the eyes of the Lord, so God tells Noah that he will bring a great flood to punish mankind for his sins and commands him to build the ark that about, according to the book, around 437 feet long, 73 feet wide, and 44 feet high which is inaccurate. It was more likely 450 feet long, 75 feet wide, and 45 feet tall. Noah are to take with him two of every kind of animal, a male and his mate and 7 of every kind of animal that will be used for food and sacrifices, a male and his mates. In the young earth version of this world, Noah are to take with him fictional dinosaurs along with the rest of the animals into the ark to be kept alive and repopulate the earth after the flood. These creatures of myth are to be teens or much younger hatchlings because the adults would be too big to be fitted into the ark. The mythical dinosaurs on the average are about the sizes of small ponies and sheep and are about only 50 different kinds of them out there.
Ham's Death Fallacy
Ham falsely claims the dinosaurs could never lived millions of years ago as death, bloodshed, disease, and suffering came to the world after Adam sinned. Sorry Ham, that's no reason to reject the notion that dinosaurs lived millions of years ago. The fossil record spanning billions of years is void of what's shown in science fiction films concerning dinosaurs mindlessly battling each other to the death, and the death, bloodshed, disease, and suffering occurring among plants before and after Adam sinned. It seems Ham wants us to believe that in the evolutionists' eyes, the fossil record is made up of remnants of a constant worldwide war as seen in so many science fiction films such as One Million Years BC and Creatures The World Forgot. Never mind the fact that only a real tiny speck of such evidence for such venatio-style battles has ever been found. Like all creationists, Ham puts the blame on Adam for all of the wrong doings in the world along with bloodshed, disease, death, and suffering because, to him, Adam is placed at the head of all creation when God created him and gave him dominion over all things. Because Adam ate the forbidden fruit, Creation must suffer with him even though creation had nothing to do with Adam's disobedience. Hence, implying that God judged the innocent along with the guilty when God punishes Adam for eating the apple.
This is what creationists teach while ignoring the fact that God does not condemn the innocent along with the guilty. (Genesis 18:25) They also ignore the concept of plant death and the factual history of death, disease, suffering, sorrow, occurring during the Middle ages by Rogue Christians spanning over 2,000 years to this very day. What a crock! It's Original Sin — Ham style — proven time and time again to be a destructive form of Christian doctrine that's many centuries old that have been known to destroy, degenerate, and denigrate countless innocent lives as told here. He also got this sick logic by falsely equating Social Darwinism with Evolution, which are 2 separate subjects as explained here. Wherever he got it from, he need to get it in his head that evolution teaches none of these things he claim it teaches and that the fossil record is nearly void of what he thinks the fossil record is entirely made up of. There is no evidence for millions of years of death, bloodshed, disease, etc. the way it is seen in prehistoric science fiction and historical records involving the religious crusades, Jewish persecutions, witch hunts, and torturing and executing alleged heretics and so on. This, what Ham claims, is possibly a misinterpretation and a misunderstanding of the "nature's red in tooth and claw" phrase. What the phrase actually mean has nothing to do with Ham's stupid tearjerkers and scapegoats. That phrase actually came from a poem written by a man who's morning the loss of a friend! Besides Evolution through Natural Selection actually teaches the art of survival, not death.
Summary of Ham Flood story
The reader is deluded to remember that dinosaurs were created alongside all of the animals and man 6,000 years ago in an monstrously overcrowded world according to page 29. The dinosaurs, in Ham's eyes, who were young were about the size of sheep or a small pony on the average and can easily fit into the ark along with all of the rest of the animals and birds that also went into the ark along with them (never mind them be way too many for all animals to fit into the ark even when the animals are all young babies). Noah and his family also went into the ark and God shut the door behind them. 7 days later, the flood came and covered the globe and all of the dinosaurs, the other animals, and the humans that were outside the ark dies, resulting in billions of dead things laying down by water all over the earth (never mind how the fossil record really formed that has nothing to do with Noah's Flood i.e volcanic eruptions, sandstorms, localized flooding, etc occurring each seperately over a period of time). Those inside the ark were spared and survived the flood (never mind the problems associated with being inside the ark). They left the ark afterwards to face a new yet hostile world that's right before their very eyes.
The Flaw of Ham's Flood Folly
In reality, this Flood story is entirely flawed and made up. The billions of dead things tripe is also made up as well. No way were dinosaurs as big a sheep on the average, nor were they about only 50 different kinds. This is nothing but a creationist-inventive concept made up as a vain attempt to fit all of the 90 million+ animals in the ark. Also according to the Bible, Noah was supposed to take only animals that are all sexually mature ("a male and his mate"), not inexperience babies. Ham and other creationists made up all of this tripe in attempt to squeeze them all into the ark, which is totally impossible to do in reality even when the ark is made up of only sheep-size babies. Ham claims the flood occurred only 4,500 years ago in the year 2495 BC. What is so wrong with this statement is that 4,500 years ago is this is the time when the Egyptians were busy building the pyramids, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, for their beloved pharaohs. The Great Pyramid for King Khufu to be more specific. Nowhere in the Egyptian records does it say anything about the builders being forced to call it quits and run for their lives from a massive wall of water coming towards them.

What would've happen if The Flood Did Occurred
If there were billions of dead things laying down by water all over the earth, then we should see evidence of it by observing massive erosions of mountains, giant ripples, fossils all shattered, jumbled, broken apart, even destroyed; dead remains of dinosaurs and all other prehistoric animals and modern animals and man all found mixed together being found by the billions everyday, but none are found! If there were billions of dead things being found all over the earth, then we will have to build massive multi-trillion dollar museums to house all those billions of fossils in there. But no such case has ever been found! Ham claims the fossils were buried in mud by the flood waters that formed the layers of rock we see today. A blatant lie. Scientists, for years and years, have carefully looked at the rock layers and formations and found that there is, without a shadow of a doubt, NO evidence that the Great Flood is responsible for creating all of the fossils, the rocks layers, and its formations. Not all rock layers were made entirely out of mud. Some are made from volcanic eruptions while some are made of desert sand. Ham's Imaginary Dinosaurs From 4,500 year ago
On pages 34 and 35, there is an imaginary scene where the kids are observing 2 dinosaurs, Cyolophosaurus and Dilophosaurus squabbling over a dead ox, the Cryolophosaurus, wrongly drawn with a horse like head, has killed. In the background, the inhabitants of the house, including another ox, is fleeing from the 2 dinosaurs to the house for safety. Probably to get a weapon to kill them or to drive them off. This fantasy scene is made to illustrate the claim made up by Ham and others that there were still people allegedly living alongside of dinosaurs after the great flood during the past 4,500 years. Ham claims that there is lots of evidence for this, all false and fabricated. In reality, there is none. Ham has some faulty examples on pages 35-37 of what he believes to be evidence of what he claims to be true while they are nothing more than frauds, fakes, hoaxes, and fabrications entirely made up to convince the gullible, the stupid, and themselves of their fraudulent views.
Ham's Fabricated Dragon Tale
First off there is a claim of a sighting in England in 1405 of a dragon with a crested head in a town of Bures near Sudbury terrorizing the people living in that town. What Ham and the other YECs didn't tell you is that the dragons that terrorized the town are all wyrms, legless, fire breathing serpentine dragons with crests on their heads, impenetrable armor, and long thin slender bodies that resemble that of snakes. Something both Cryolophosaurus and Dilophosaurus don't have at all.

Cryolophosaurus and Dilophosaurus are in fact 2 early Jurassic dinosaurs that lived about 200 million years ago. Both have crests on their heads; none have impenetrable hides and both are meat-eaters that ate mainly other dinosaurs for food, not oxen. However, Cryolophosaurus have a head that resemble Allosaurus (As compared with the artists' accurate rendition of the head of Cryolophosaurus above.), while Dilophosaurus has a head that resembles Coelophysis. Cryolophosaurus lived in what is now the frozen country of Antarctica while Dilophosaurus lived in what is now North America and perhaps China, and while Dilophosaurus is a coelophysid that measures about 20 feet long, Cryolophosaurus is a basal Tetanurine Theropod and an early Allosaurid that also measures about 20 feet long or more as well.
This 1405 account is about a sighting of, not a crested dinosaur like Dilophosaurus and Crylophosaurus, but a wyrm, a legless or 4 legged fire breathing snake-like dragon with a tufted, crested head, impenetrable scales, and a long, thin, slender snake-like body. In fact, neither Dilophosaurus, nor Crylophosaurus ever had such features the wyrm dragon is said to have and none of their remains has ever been found in England. Dilophosaurus' remains have only been found in North America, China, and none elsewhere. Crylophosaurus' remains have only been found in Antarctica and none elsewhere.
This may be a sighting of a crocodile that escaped from the Tower of London where King Richard II kept a menagerie full of animals, including a crocodile that escaped from its cage and disappeared into the river Thames. John de Trokelowe, a monk who wrote the account, described the dragon to be green colored with "a crested head, teeth like a saw, and tail extending to an enormous length." This description closely matches a crocodile. The crocodile is a green reptile with impenetrable scales, a long tail, and saw-like teeth. The monk must have added the crest or tuft to the description to embellish the story and make the crocodile more scary and dragon-like than it ever was. Unlike the two Early Jurassic dinosaurs whose color is completely unknown, the crocodile had armor on its back, which gave the archers in the story a very hard time trying to kill the animal. No crested dinosaur ever had such impenetrable hide.
An Alleged Rock Carving
On page 36, as the kids are observing an Apatosaurus, there is a claim being made about an alleged dinosaur Indian petroglyphs found in a natural park in Utah, which is actually petroglyphs depicting amalgamated monsters taken out of context and twisted and distorted around to fit the views of the YECs. Among them specifically is a petroglyph, shown in the photograph above the illustration on page 36, carved in the rock that may have been an amalgamated monster with multiple legs sticking out of each sides of the body. This is what YECs falsely calls a 'Brontosaurus' dinosaur because to them, it look like a dinosaur because of the humped back, long tail, and long neck with small head. But it also has short stumpy legs while real sauropods have much longer legs than that. It may as well have been a misidentification of an mythical animal that only exist in Native American folklore. For even if those petroglyphs were of dinosaurs, this still fails miserably to explain how come there are no traces of dinosaur remains and human remains being found mixed together and alongside of each other
The distorted photograph shown on the page, this alleged "dinosaur" is seen to have its tail dragging along on the ground which we find no evidence of this being made within the fossilized foot tracks the dinosaurs made millions of years ago.
Also, people, nowadays, no longer called the creature Brontosaurus. Instead, they call it Apatosaurus for that name was given first before the Brontosaurus name was given to the dinosaur. Ham claims that evolutionists have admitted that the petroglyph looks a lot like a sauropod dinosaur (or do they?). If what Ham claims to be the case, then name one evolutionist who really do admit it's a dinosaur. If not then you're only making it up without proof and promoting this falsehood out of ignorance of the alleged dinosaur petroglyphs being nothing more than distorted art made up by the YECs themselves who took certain petroglyphs out of context including petroglyph designs of geese, turtles, scorpions, and snakes and changed them through trick photography and/or a computer program and/or even hand or spray paint them to fit in their own faulty views and trick the gullible into believing in the Indians-saw-dinosaurs myth.
Alleged Living Dinosaurs of Africa
Here's an example of creationists incorporating cryptozoology in their young earth dogma. Page 37 tells about the old myth that speaks of alleged living dinosaurs being sighted in Africa including the fabled Mokele Mbembe for instance which descriptions of the creature somewhat matches that of a sauropod but the creature had a spike horn on its snout, frilled skin growing on the sides of the head, 3 toes on each foot, and has known to attack and kill hippos, elephants, and people, but not eat them because its a vegetarian. Thus far, explorers have not found a single trace of valid evidence for this alleged creature, not even a fully intact body. It's more likely that Mokele Mbembe is nothing more than a embellished version of a turtle, snake, elephant, or rhinoceros sightings made up by natives to keep rival tribes at bay. Like Carl Sagan says "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." If there is no valid evidence including a fully intact body of a dinosaur, then why should we believe in this tripe?
Job's Imaginary Dinosaur
Page 38, addresses the Behemoth/Dinosaur fallacy despite the fact that dinosaurs have no penis or belly buttons outside their bodies (Reference: The Book of Job by Steven Mitchell).
Alleged Soft Tissue From A T.Rex Fossil
Also on page 38, there is the fresh T.rex fossil myth where YECs makes claims of a Tyrannosaurus fossil was found with red blood cells preserved inside the fossil by a team of paleontologists lead by Paleontologist and hadrosaur fossil expert, Jack Horner. This myth is repeated ever since the YECs fabricated a story that was first published in 1997 in a now-defunct, general public, non-profit magazine series called Earth in an article called "The Real Jurassic Park." The reason this claim to be regraded as a myth is because scientists when examining the fossil found NO such thing of what the YECs claim the fossil allegedly has. Lately however, the YECs began to rave over the latest discovery of a T.rex fossil femer, and it's a valid one, that contains soft tissues found in the bone marrow. They claim that this soft tissue find totally refutes the claim about the fossil being millions of years old and completely confirms their views of the young earth myth to be true. Actually, they are just "grasping at straws while avoiding the haystack" as Greg Nayman puts it. The YECs are simply jumping to conclusions about what Mary Schweitzer have discovered not to long ago and declares falsely that this overthrows the concept of millions of years ago and of ancient earth. Nothing can be further from the truth. On John Stear's No Answers in Genesis website, John has just put a large article by Gary S Hurd on his website that addresses the issue about the soft tissue found in the T.rex fossil femer and confirms that what the YECs think and what the fossil really tells us is really 2 different things. What the issue is all about is not at all in favor of the YECs. You can read all about it right here.
In the end, however, scientists found that the soft tissues inside the Trex fossil may turn out to be nothing more than just slime.
Buddy's Fossil Spoilage
Another myth is on page 39, where there is a claim of Buddy Davis' findings of alleged unfossilized frozen dinosaur bones in Alaska. He claims to even have found some of them to have preserved ligaments still attached to their legs bones after all these years. The bone he found however were said to be dug up at the very top layers of the muds, permafrost, and coal, which indicates that the bones he dug up were possibly nothing more than frozen remains of ice age mammoths and/or mastodons. Davis also dug up a piece of drift wood he mistakenly regards as a jawbone of a Hadrosaur. However, this claim is neither fully examined, nor did it appeared in peer-reviewed journals, nor did it appeared in Davis' book The Great Alaskan Dinosaur Adventure either.
Update: Laelaps, an old blog I visited, have posted an article about the alleged claim. Apparently, what Laelaps found out from them, after he inquired Ham and his cronies about the bones, is not what Davis is constantly claiming he found in Alaska according to his drivel. According to the email response, the bones are turning out to be fossilized remains after all! How dishonest can they get?
Davis and his friends must have have rigged this so-called Great Alaskan dinosaur story in an effort to gain publicity. Chances are, the book that he published that tells of his alleged discovery could be discredited in the distant future once this fraud is really exposed for what it really is. A fraud!
The alleged Post-Flood Scenario
On pages 40 and 41, there is a scene on Mt. Ararat where the kids, relaxing by a skull of a Triceratops (which you'll never find over there in reality. All remains of Triceratops have been found in North America and none elsewhere. Especially not in Ararat, Turkey), witness a whole menagerie of animals and dinosaurs leaving the ark while Noah and his family praising God and offering burnt offerings up to Him. On page 41, Ham claims the world became a very harsh place when the flood is over with. He even claim the reason the people can now eat meat is because God has now given man permission to eat meat from that time on (giving into the false assumption of Genesis 1:29-30 being nothing more than a commandment from God, while it's in fact not.).
If the Flood was global, Noah may have to eat only meat because he and his family will have no choice. They'll find that all of the soil have been washed away so they can't plant crops; They will witness many animals that are meat eaters killing off all of the plant eaters that are starving because all of the plants will die off in the flood and die of starvation themselves; Lobsters, whales, and all other saltwater sea creatures would all die out too because they cannot survive in fresh water and vice versa; Coral will be destroyed; The water would all be salt and acidic like and totally unfit for anyone to drink in; Parasites and diseases will all do the animals and people in; And the people will finally starve. So in a way Ham is right. If there was a global flood, those that did survive the flood will not have a chance to survive in the extreme post-flood world that will finish them all off one by one. This is one of the very good reasons to prefer a great, yet local flood of Noah that took place when the Black Sea overflowed big time around 7,500 years ago. If there was a local flood, then the animals that lived in the middle east would not go very far to find food to eat without killing each other off. Noah and his family would not go far to find soil to plant their crops and the sea life, especially coral, freshwater life, and the plant life will live.
Besides, if God wanted to rescue dinosaurs from the flood to be kept alive afterwards and yet, allow them to leave the ark and die from "post-flood" extremes such as man killing them, ice age weather competition from other animals for space and food, etc., then what's the point of ever rescuing them from the flood?
Borrowing from Dinotopia
On page 42, the kids are observing a scene with depictions Ham heavily borrowed from James Gurney's best selling book, Dinotopia (Which is exactly where Ham got inspirational ideas for this science fiction book from!). In it, there is a caravan of people leaving the Tower of Babel (that was supposed to be a Babylonian Ziggarat instead of an Aztec pyramid and be left unfinished!) behind as they begin their journey to another country. Along with donkeys, camels, and oxen in the image, there is also Tsintaosaurus and Gallimimus pulling wagons and carry loads like beasts of burden. On page 43, there is an Eskimo leading a Stegoceras carrying a load on its back by a nose ring like cattle near the right hand center of the page. If this were the case here in reality then we would find bony remains of dinosaurs with nose rings on their snouts, harnesses on their bodies, bridals on their faces, and large wagons big enough for a dinosaur to pull them, and valid ancient carvings of people and dinosaurs being buried together side by side. But NONE are found! Everything of what's shown in the 2 pages are all imagined up.
Ham's Fantasies About The Tower of Babel
Ham made this myth up by twisting the story of the Tower of Babel where God causes the people to speak different language to stop the arrogant people from completing the task of building a tower to reach up into the heavens. Honestly, there is nothing in the verses of Genesis 10 that said anything about the Devil visiting the rulers in the pinnacle of the tower to discuss plans to get people to forget about God being the creator of all things. That's one of the made up myths Morris and other YECs, who are followers of Ellen White and her Seventh Day Adventist teachings, made up to scare the gullible away from what evolution is really all about and get them to follow them and their faulty teachings. Here, Ham uses his delusional imagination and pretends that when they left the tower, they took their favorite animals with them, including their favorite imaginary dinosaurs, and began to spread out all across the world.
Nowhere Is The Evidence For Ham's Fantasies Found
If it is so in real life, then how come we are finding NO evidence for all of this? Where are the bridals, the harnesses, the nose rings, the wagons, the leashes, and other tools made for dinosaurs to serve man as beasts of burden? Where are the tombs of people and dinosaurs buried together? Where are all the real non-fabricated valid images and accounts of dinosaurs and man living and interacting together? Where are all the valid, non-fabricated, full text stories of great dinosaur hunts being made to bring down a dinosaur to feed a whole tribe of people? Where are the tools man used to kill dinosaurs, cook them and eat them for food? Where are they all at? NOWHERE! These things are nowhere to be found. It's entirely all made up to convince the gullible and the idiot of Ham's own views to be true, while it's not. The claim Ham made about people spreading out all over the world taking their [sic] "favorite dinosaurs" with them all fail miserably to explain how did kangaroos, koalas, wombats, and other Australian animal natives make to Australia? Even if Ham's answer (and it's a pathetically stupid one at that) is people just took them along for the ride as well as float on some wood or some make believe veggie mat, that still does not explain how come we are finding absolutely zero traces of any kind of such animals as the Kangaroo and the wombat outside Australia? Something YECs, like Ham, can't honestly answer without invoking the most stupidest explanations they imagined up from their heads.
Ice Age Idiocy
Ham then brings on the ice age fallacy and claims that Noah's flood caused the Ice Age and invokes Job 38:29 in the Bible to help justify the myth while being ignorant of the fact that "ice from the womb" and "frost from the heavens" does not necessarily refer to The Ice Age of the Pleistocene Epoch. Especially since The Middle East can and do get snow over there once in a great while. Creationists like Ham believes that there was only one Ice Age occurring at one time while there was actually 4 Ice Ages that occurred throughout earth's history. One occurred during the late Proterozoic Era between 800 and 600 million years ago, the other occurred between the Pennsylvanian and Permian period about between 350 and 250 million years ago and the other occurred during the Ordovician and Silurian periods between 460 and 430 million years ago and the most familiar Ice Age occurred in the last 4 million years in the late Neogene through the Pleistocene Epoch to the Quaternary Period. YECs will never tell you that. Instead they'll give you crap in book and website form about Noah's Flood being the one that brought on the Ice Age and invoke some groundless miracles, myths, lies and dishonest ways to explain away of how did the Ice Age occurred and when.
